Reason #2: I love the old 60's version with Adam West

Reason #3: Uh Hello! Christian Bale in the new movies! Nothing can beat his Batman voice

Reason #4: He doesn't have any special super powers, he's just a normal human being who happens to be filthy stinkin rich and can buy cool gadgets.

Reason #5: He has Robin, need I say more?
